Men Mikro P1 Graphics Accelerator. PC-MIP type II module. It provides a CRT interface via a 15-pin female HD-Sub front panel connector. Simple Type: Graphics Accelerator

The P1 is based on the PC-MIP ANSI mezzanine standard. It can be used as an I/O extension in any type of bus system, i.e. CPCI, PXI, VME or on any type of stand-alone SBC. Appropriate PC-MIP carrier cards in 3U, 6U and other formats are available from MEN or other manufacturers. The P1 adds intelligent high-performance graphics functionality to all types of industrial applications from small embedded-system up to high-end workstation configurations. It features the SM710 graphics accelerator and supports many features of this component, e.g. CRT and simultaneous LCD, dual view for full and partial display on LCD. It also supports dual applications, i.e. one window application can be displayed on LCD, and another on CRT. The P1 comes with 4MB video DRAM, with the CRT signals at the front panel and the LCD signals via PC-MIP connector J3. The LCD pinning on P1 is compatible with MEN's LCD adapter AD11 (color, 640x480 TFT). The P1 supports a VGA compatible BIOS with options for CRT-only, LCD-only and simultaneous CRT/LCD display.
